Jim Koss, P.E.

Jim Koss has over 17 years of experience in engineering design and project management. He has focused almost exclusively on biogas projects for the last 5 years working with multiple clients and project developers across the industry and the US. Jim has a diverse mix of project experience that has equipped him to effectively integrate the technical aspects of complex multi-discipline projects. He is a licensed professional engineer with a Mechanical Engineering degree from Texas A&M University. Jim is a managing partner and co-founder of Creo Engineering.
Aaron Hanks, P.E.
Managing Partner & Vice President of Engineering
Aaron Hanks has over 20 years of experience in engineering design and project management. While focused largely on biogas projects since 2020, he also has an extensive technical background in the design of onshore and offshore traditional oil and gas facilities as well as gathering networks and hydraulics, surge analysis, process simulation, and OEM controls integration. At Creo, he mentors engineers, elevates QA/QC standards, and drives continuous improvement in tools and workflows that shorten schedules without sacrificing quality. He is a licensed professional engineer with a Chemical Engineering degree from Texas A&M University. Aaron is a managing partner and co-founder of Creo Engineering.
